  • 6-8 oz       (168-224 gram)    : 20-27 pcs per  MC
  • 8-10 oz     (224-280 gram)    : 16-20 pcs per  MC
  • 10-12 oz   (280-336 gram)    : 13-16 pcs per  MC
  • 10-12 oz   (336-448 gram)    : 10-13 pcs per  MC

  • The raw materials for whole red snapper are processed into fillets through the following stages: scaling (removing scales), deheading (cutting the head and removing the entrails), filleting, skinning out, deboning/boning out, trimming, vacuuming, packing, then storing.
