Product Description:
- The product is processed from shark with species of Rhizoprionodon acutus and Mustelus spp.
- Whole round sharks are processed into fillets through several stages: gutting (removal of entrails), filleting (filling), skinning out, trimming (smoothing), sizing (separating sizes), packing (layerring and packaging), until storing (storage).
- Rich in nutritional value and as a source of animal protein, which is high in vitamins A, B, C, phosphorus, calcium, iron, and potassium which are good for body health.
- Free from preservatives such as formalin, borax and other harmful substances such as ammonia, so it is safe for long-term consumption.
- Raw materials are processed by keeping a cold chain system, so that product quality is maintained. The processed water and ice are used in accordance with drinking water standards that have gone through the filtering stage and passed the ultraviolet (UV) light stage, so that they are free from bacteria and germs.
- The production process is carried out hygienically and according to GMP & HACCP standards and has gone through accredited Independent Laboratory Tests such as Lab Cito, Lab BKIPM, Lab BPMHP.
- Packaged using food-grade Polyethylene (PE) that is frost-resistant, so it is safe and prevents contamination of the product.
- It has a soft, chewy meat texture, and has a distinctive shark smell
- The shelf life of the product is up to 2 years with freezer temperature storage (-18˚C).
