  • 4-6 oz       (112-168 gram)    : 27-40 pcs per  MC
  • 6-8 oz       (168-224 gram)    : 20-27 pcs per  MC

  • Whole round grouper are processed into fillets through the following stages: scaling (removal of scales), deheading (cutting the head and removing entrails), filleting, skinning out (removing the skin), deboning/boning out, trimming, vacuuming, packing, then storing.
