Product Description:

  • The raw material of mackerel with the species Scomberomorus spp.
  • Whole round mackerel is processed into steak through several stages : frozen cutting (using a bandsaw machine), trimming, sizing (determination of size), vacuuming, packing, then storing.
  • Rich in nutritional value and as a source of animal protein, which is high in vitamins A, B, E, K, phosphorus, calcium, iron, folate, and magnesium which are good for body health, doesn’t contain histamine so it wouldn’t cause itching due to inflammation, allergic reaction.
  • Free from preservatives such as formalin, borax, and other harmful substances so it is safe for long-term consumption.
  • Raw materials are processed by keeping a cold chain system, so that product quality is maintained. The processed water and ice are used in accordance with drinking water standards that have gone through the filtering stage and passed the ultraviolet (UV) light stage, so they are free from bacteria and germs.
  • The production process is carried out hygienically and according to GMP & HACCP standards and has gone through ng accredited Independent Laboratory Tests such as Lab Cito, Lab BKIPM, Lab BPMHP.
  • For the packaging we use food-grade vacuum nylon plastic that is frost-resistant, so it is safe and prevents contamination of the product.
  • It has a dense, chewy meat texture, and a distinctive smell of mackerel.
  • The shelf life of the product is up to 2 years with freezer temperature storage (-18˚C).
