Product Description:

  • Derived from raw materials of jewfish species Protonibea spp with the highest quality.
  • The raw materials of Jewfish are processed into fillets through the following stages: scaling (removal of scales), deheading (cutting the head and removing entrails), filleting, deboning/boning out, trimming, vacuuming, packing, then storing.
  • The source of high animal protein which also high in vitamins A, D, phosphorus, calcium, zinc, iron, and antioxidants that are good for the health of the body. Free from preservatives such as formalin, borax and other harmful substances so it is safe for long-term consumption.
  • Raw materials are by keeping a cold chain system, so that product quality is maintained. The processed water and ice are used in accordance with drinking water standards that have gone through the filtering stage and passed the ultraviolet (UV) light stage, so they are free from bacteria and germs.
  • The production process is carried out hygienically and according to GMP & HACCP standards and has gone through accredited Independent Laboratory Tests such as Lab Cito, Lab BKIPM, Lab BPMHP.
  • For the packaging we use food-grade vacuum nylon plastic that is frost-resistant, so it’s safe and prevents contamination of the product.
  • It has a chewy, soft meat texture, and a distinctive smell of jewfish.
  • The shelf life of the product is up to 2 years with freezer temperature storage (-18˚C).
